Adding a Commercial Division

Does your office have a Commercial Division?

If interested in adding a Commercial division to your residential office, or creating a new Commercial-only office, please read the Guidelines below. When ready, read and submit the following:

  1. Guidelines for Having a Commercial Division*
  2. Division Request Form
  3. Franchise Development Submission Form
  4. Any additional information that will support the approval process (resume, past sales/leases, qualifications, certifications)

*Keep in mind the reqiurements are flexible; we look at each request on a case-by-case basis

Update Your RE/MAX Designation

Do You Appear on www.remaxcommercial.com as a commercial broker?

Only those that are designated as COM or COMRES appear on the RE/MAX Commercial website.

To change your designation, please follow these steps:

  • To appear on the RE/MAX Commercial website as a commercial broker and to receive all communications/emails from RE/MAX Commercial you must be designated as COM or COMRES
  • Login to your MAX/Center account
  • Click on your name at the top-right and select Update Profile
  • Click on Professional Details on the left
  • Scroll down to see the Specialties section
  • Select Change Type in the right corner of Specialties
  • New Specialty Type and select your type (COM, COMRES, RESCOM or RES)
  • Select Specialites under that and select all the apply to you
  • Scroll down to Designations section and select those that apply to you
  • Click on Edit, to the right of an entry to make and save changes
  • Click on Edit, to the right of an entry to make and save changes

Complete Your Profile on MAX Center

Update Your Professional Photo on MAX Center!

  1. Log into MAX/Center
  2. Click the photo in the top right-hand corner
  3. Select UPDATE PROFILE from the menu
  4. Update information in tabs on the left
  5. Click on the photo link on the left to update
  6. Click add to add photo and then select upload to include the photo
