Wade Paterson, Director of Region Development, RE/MAX Canada, sat down with Michael Thorne of RE/MAX Lifestyles Realty (Langley), to chat about this artificial intelligence (AI) tool and how it can help you and your business!
Some of the various ways Michael found ChatGPT to be useful in real estate include:
- Writing a listing description based on photos from a URL, then asking ChatGPT to make that listing description sound like a story
- Generating SEO-friendly content ideas, then asking ChatGPT to write the full blog post
- Producing a motivational speech for a broker/owners next office meeting that is focused on agents who are suffering in a shifting market
In this interview, Wade and Michael also touch on another powerful AI tool called Midjourney, which produces images based on text prompts. The image of the house below is an example of what you can create in Midjourney – it was developed by using the keywords: “Modern house in Kelowna, overlooking Okanagan lake, at sunset.”
