Branded Zoom backgrounds can be used for all your virtual meetings. To add custom backgrounds to Zoom using a desktop computer:
- Download and save the images
- Click on the image you want to save.
- Right-click on it.
- Select “Save image as…” from the menu.
- Click the gear button in the top right corner of the screen (under the user’s initials)
- Select “Virtual Background” from the menu on the left
- Click the plus-sign (+) button under the video preview
- Select Add Image
- Upload the Zoom background
- Check “I have a green screen” and uncheck “Mirror my video”
