Quick Note About the PDF Preview
The pink areas in the PDF indicate where the spot UV varnish finish will be applied. The logo will appear in cream on a black background, while the folder’s interior will be entirely cream.
If you’re planning to send this to a printer, please share a digital PDF proof with us beforehand so we can confirm everything is set up correctly. Be sure to request spot UV varnish finishing in your print specifications.

Branded Zoom backgrounds can be used for all your virtual meetings. To add custom backgrounds to Zoom using a desktop computer:
- Download and save the images
- Click on the image you want to save.
- Right-click on it.
- Select “Save image as…” from the menu.
- Click the gear button in the top right corner of the screen (under the user’s initials)
- Select “Virtual Background” from the menu on the left
- Click the plus-sign (+) button under the video preview
- Select Add Image
- Upload the Zoom background
- Check “I have a green screen” and uncheck “Mirror my video”
