Luxury Thresholds
RE/MAX has created a unique brand identity for luxury homes. Listings that meet or beat the set threshold for an area will be displayed on remax.com/luxury.
To qualify for The RE/MAX Collection, your residential listing needs to be twice the average sales price for the city. The RE/MAX Collection Threshold pdf houses all cities within Canada and the active listing price to be considered a part of The RE/MAX Collection. To locate a city, use “Control F” then type in the province or city in the search bar.
To challenge a threshold, please send an email with the average sales price for all single family or condominiums and townhomes sold within the area in the last six months to theremaxcollection@remax.ca. If you wish to challenge multiple, please send a separate report for each city.
