Mark Hulsey and Moses Cooper, a duo from Minnesota, shared a heartwarming victory at the Unified 5K race after Cooper, who has cerebral palsy, was gifted a customized racing chair. Hulsey expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity, saying the experience of running together is “spectacular” and that Cooper’s spirit inspires him to run harder.
